The Museum of Technology and Automobiles in Sinsheim is undoubtedly one of the largest collections of vintage cars such as Maybach, Mercedes or Bugatti. The collection contains several hundred motorcycles, planes, racing and sports vehicles or bicycles. In 1999, the Russian supersonic passenger plane TU-144 joined the pool of exhibits, which nowadays reflects Russian hiccups. After a few years, the original Air France CONCORD aircraft joined the collection. The Sinsheim Museum of Technology and Automobiles is the only place in the world where you can see both once regularly flying supersonic airliners side by side.
Access and parking to the museum in Sinsheim and Speyer
The Technical and Automotive Museum in Sinsheim is located directly on the A6 motorway between Mannheim and Heilbronn. The 33b Sinsheim-Süd motorway exit leads directly to the car, motorhome and bus parking lot , from where you can walk from the museum. I recommend to divide the visit to the museum into 2 days. One day in Sinsheim and one in Speyer.
Admission to the Museum of Technology and Cars in Sinsheim
Opening hours: Both sinsheim and Speyer museums are open all year round, seven days a week from 9.00 to 18.00
Ticket prices: An entrance ticket to one museum costs 19 euros without entering the iMAX cinema.
